WELLNESS & SKILLS GROUPS

VALUABLE COPING SKILLS, SUPPORT FROM OTHERS

  • A step up from outpatient counseling
  • Discuss and practice coping skills
  • Additional support for those who need it

Many adults and teens face increased pressure and challenges today, and skills groups provide individuals with the skills needed to cope effectively with their emotions, problem-solve, and make healthy decisions. Groups are effective because they complement one-on-one outpatient counseling and give individuals the opportunity to discuss and practice skills in a safe and structured setting.

Our Programs

For individuals who need a higher level of care, please inquire about our Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) appropriate for those with escalating symptoms who wish to prevent hospitalization, or those stepping down after hospitalization.
